as a student leader; All India Convener of Chhatra Yuva Sangharsha
Vahini 1982_the organisation founded by Late Shri J.P. Narayan;
Member of Senate, Sambalpur University, Orissa in 1978 as student
leader and in 1986 as an M.L.A.
